Service Fees and Care Packages

Standard Fee - $35 per hour
Weekend and Public Holiday Fee - $ 60 per hour

Essential Care Package

Monday to Friday: 5 daily services* (1 x day visit) - $150 per week.

Total Care Package

Monday to Friday: 10 daily services* (2 x per day visit)- $280 per week.
All prices are exclusive of GST.

*Daily services include:

  • Personal Care
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication prompt
  • Laundry
  • House-keeping
  • Shopping
  • Driving
  • Escorting to appointments
  • Respite
  • Bills management.

Daily services are identified and incorporated into a tailor made Service Plan which is regularly supervised and assessed by an assigned Case Manager

Included in all packages:

  • Assigned Case Manager to each client – a single point of contact
  • Regular meetings with the Case Manager
  • Individually devised Service Plan – to meet client specific needs and requirements
  • Daily Service Record and Attendance Book – stationed at client’s home.
  • Written monthly progress reports
